Jayashankar Jayaraman, leads the school as Consultant with his rich expertise in HR & Administration. He served as the Director–HR in Elgi Equipments Ltd. His support and guidance to our school in realizing the vision of our founders is commendable.

G.Mani, heads the Trusts of ELGi Equipments Ltd., also serves as the Correspondent of our school. His experience and dedication in serving with ELGi Group for more than 2 decades will lead the school for further growth.

Meenambika Menon, a double Post Graduate in Physics and Ecology n Environment, has been in the field of education for last 35 years. She has taught Physics and Math at Senior School level. She has been associated with NCERT and CBSE in the Content development of Science for Classes VI to X. She has also received a fellowship from USIEF (United States India Education Foundation) and has got an opportunity to share her expertise and collaborate with the educators of the United States and 25 other countries.

She has contributed towards planning, designing and transacting curriculum following the constructivist and experiential approach in her tenure as Senior School Lead and Principal in her previous assignments. She has conducted many training sessions for teachers on Project based, Inquiry led transaction of concepts, Classroom Management and effective teaching learning strategies, Assessment, Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation, to name a few. Other than teaching Physics and Mathematics she is also passionate about sky gazing, singing and dancing. Throughout her tenure in different school she has enjoyed helping her students in their creative ventures like Science Exhibitions, debates, Dance Dramas, Singing and Dancing Competitions.
