G. Mani is a seasoned professional with over three decades of rich experience in Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Relations, and organizational management. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PGDPM & IR), he has built a distinguished career through his long-standing association with the ELGI Group.
Having served in key leadership roles within the industrial sector, Mr. Mani brings deep expertise in people management, institutional administration, compliance, operational systems, and strategic coordination. His extensive exposure to large-scale organizational functioning has enabled him to contribute significantly to building strong administrative frameworks and sustainable institutional practices.
For the past decade, he has been serving as the Correspondent of the institution, playing a pivotal role in ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning. With a calm leadership approach, strong governance practices, and unwavering commitment to educational values, he oversees the administrative and trust-related responsibilities of the school with dedication and integrity.
Mr. Mani is widely respected for his disciplined work ethic, approachable nature, and ability to create a harmonious and supportive environment for students, staff, and parents alike. Principal
Archana V, a passionate educator and academic leader, holds dual Post Graduate degrees in Commerce and Education (M. Com., M.Ed.) and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Education. With a deep commitment towards innovative teaching and student development, she has consistently worked towards creating meaningful and future-ready learning experiences for students.
Her core areas of expertise include Business Studies, Accountancy, and Economics at the senior secondary level. She strongly believes in concept-driven, application-oriented learning that equips students not only for board examinations but also for higher education and professional careers.
Archana has published research papers on Blended Learning and Communication Skills among Students, reflecting her keen interest in modern pedagogical practices and holistic student development. She has also designed an integrated academic program that combines the NCERT curriculum for Classes XI and XII with preparation for competitive and professional entrance examinations such as CA, CMA, CS, and CUET, enabling students to prepare simultaneously for school and career pathways.
Known for her learner-centric and engaging teaching methodology, she is deeply passionate about mentoring students, strengthening communication and life skills, and creating classrooms that encourage curiosity, confidence, and independent thinking. She believes education should inspire students to discover their strengths and prepare them to thrive in an evolving global environment.
