Brilliance exists everywhere. Opportunity does not.

Project Stellar is The ELGI school’s flagship educational and philanthropic initiative dedicated to identifying and nurturing natively brilliant children from economically disadvantaged households in and around Coimbatore. Rooted in the belief that every child deserves equitable access to opportunity, the initiative seeks to transform exceptional potential into meaningful futures through education, mentorship, and holistic development.

Education Rooted in Purpose
Built on a Legacy

Meet the stellars

Bright young learners with extraordinary potential

Beginning from Grade 6, selected "Stellars" are provided access to free, high-quality CBSE education and, in due course, residential facilities designed to create an optimal environment for learning, growth, and personal transformation. Beyond academics, the program focuses on nurturing curiosity, critical thinking, confidence, leadership, emotional well-being, and global awareness - preparing students not merely for examinations, but for life itself.

The vision behind stellar

Building futures with care & purpose

Project Stellar combines learner-centred pedagogy, strong mentorship, career guidance, co-curricular exposure, counselling support, and future-readiness initiatives to help students overcome socioeconomic barriers and realise their fullest potential. The initiative also seeks to create pathways towards higher education opportunities, empowering Stellars to emerge as future leaders, innovators, changemakers, and socially responsible citizens.

More than an educational initiative, Project Stellar represents The ELGI school's long-term commitment to educational equity, social inclusion, and nation-building through learning - creating transformative opportunities that can uplift not only individual students, but also families, communities, and future generations.
